I’m late, what time does the reception close? At 9 P.M. If you will arrive after that time (but before midnight!), please let us know via email so we will be there to greet you.

Is there a “quiet time” at the campsite? We ask our clients to keep silence from midnight until 9 a.m., so everyone can rest.

Until what time can I enter the campsite with a motor vehicle? The gates are closed for motor vehicles from midnight untill 9 a.m., in order to respect the rest of other clients. On foot you can access anytime. If your car is registered at the campsite and you arrive after midnight, you can park right next to the entrance.

Is electricity included in the price? In the price of the bungalows and Canadian huts, the electricity is included, but not in the camping area. You can check the daily price at the “rates” section of this website.

I need to hang my clothes, can I tie a rope between the tress? It is not allowed, in order to avoid accidents. But two clotheslines available for use.

Can I grill? Yes, in the camping area we have a communal barbecue area available for use, as long as weather conditions allow it.

Is there a minimum age to camp at your campsite? There must be at least one adult (over 18), who is responsible for the minors that come with him or her.

Can I bring my pet with me? Yes, but in all cases you must inform us at the time of registration and must take responsibility for their behavior at the campsite. Within the campsite all animals must be kept on a leash at all times. We reserve us the right to restrict access to breeds considered dangerous according to RD 50/1999. We apply at all times the current Spanish law.

All pets pay the same? Yes, the rate that you can see in our website applies to all pets, also puppies.

Can someone visit me at the campsite? All visitors must be identified at the entrance, they must be friends or family of a client and cannot stay at the campsite over one hour. Visitors cannot access the showers, swimming pool or the tennis court. If a visitor wants access to these facilities, please contact the management.

I want to celebrate an event or meeting at the campsite, is it possible? Yes, we celebrate events of all kinds, especially family celebrations and birthday parties, tailored to the needs of each client. Contact the management for conditions and rates.

Is there wifi? The campsite offers free wifi for all clients. The signal range is not guaranteed in the pitches, since the trees interfere with the signal. But access in common areas is very good.

Can minors be left alone in the pool? No, this is a pool without lifeguard and an adult must always be in charge of children.

Are there activities for children at the campsite? Currently there are no organized activities for children or adults. But you can enjoy all the facilities we have: swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, playground, lounge.

Are there mosquitos in this area? Depending on the wind direction and despite the cool weather, there may be mosquitoes. We recommend closing the doors of the bungalows and nets of the tents after sunset.

Do you have a refrigerator rental service? No, we do not have this service..

Do you have a black and gray water emptying service? Yes, we have black and gray water emptying and filling with clean and drinking water but it can only be done by campers.

What is the size of the plots? Is there enough space for a big camper? Our camping plots are spacious, around 60 m2 each. All have space to park the car next to the tent. So far we have never had problems of space. But even if your tent was too big, there is an area of the camping that is not plotted, and there you will certainly have enough space.

What kind of soil do the plots have? There is grass in all plots.

What is the check out time for tents and campers? Check out is before noon. After that time, an extra day will be charged. It is the same for bungalows and huts.

What voltage does the electricity have? Can I connect an electric grill? Our electricity have 1600 watts, double what the law requires. Depending on the power of your appliances (grill, hairdryer …) you will be able to connect them or not.

I can enter the campsite with my car just to load without paying the car fee? Ask at the reception desk, this service has an additional cost and does not entitle you to park your car in the reserved area. The site will not be responsible for the cars parked outside the premises.

What is the rate for babies? Children under two years do not pay any fee.

My son is 14 years old. What rate will be applied? Over 12 years old are considered adults. You can check it in our website, under “rates”.

Do you offer discounts for long-term stays? We offer several discounts for longer stays, over 5 days. The discount will be automatically applied when using our booking system.

Do you offer any discounts? We offer a 5% discount for CampingKey holders and for the users of some specific guides (this will be indicated in the guide itself). The card or guide must be show upon check in, in order to have the right to the discount.

What is provided at your bungalows?
All our bungalows have one bedroom, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and terrace. Kitchenware and linen is included. Towels are not included. Please take into account that the bungalows do not have television.

What is provided at your Canadian huts? The huts are a single room with a sofa bed, a bunk bed, a table and a bookcase. Includes bottom sheet and pillows, but no blankets not towels. It does not have private bathroom or kitchen.

Can dogs enter the bungalows and huts? We only have one bungalow where dogs are accepted. Please make sure you book the right one if you are travelling with your pet, otherwise we cannot guarantee you will have one. One pet is allowed per hut. Of course, as in the rest of the campsite, the owner will be held responsible for the behavior of the pet and has to make sure that it does not cause any damage. The bungalow or hut will be checked at the time of departure.

Can I put my tent next to a bungalow? You can book the plot next to the bungalow or hut. The rates applied are the same as for the rest of the campsite.

We are 5 people, can we stay in a hut or bungalow? Maximum capacity is 4 people and cannot be exceeded. For families or groups larger than 4 we have several options: you can rent two huts or two bungalows; or you can book a plot to place a tent for some of you. In both cases you can book the plot next to the hut or bungalow, to create more common space.

Is it necessary to book? Yes, we recommend booking if you want to stay in our Canadian huts or bungalows, as they are much in demand and the number is small.

What is the check in and check out times for the bungalows and huts?
Check in is after 3 p.m., but you can access the campsite from 9 a.m. and enjoy the common areas. Check out is at noon.

Do you have huts or bungalows for smokers? No, smoking is not allowed inside. Please use the outdoor area and the ashtrays provided.

Do the bungalows have cots or highchairs for children? No.

How far is the beach? The closest beach is 2,5 kilometers away. In a 8 km radius there are 6 different beaches. All can be reached by car. We have developed some bike and walking routes to reach the beaches without need for a car.

What is the reason why there are no campsites next to the beach in this area? We are in the Coast of Death, an area where both wind and sea can be quite aggressive sometimes. It would be dangerous for a campsite to have no protection. That is why we have selected for our campsite an area protected from the wind.

Is this a good spot to surf? Yes, not far away there are several beaches to surf. Especially important is Razo, only 20 minutes away from the campsite (by car) and where national and international surf competitions take place. Razo has been awarded the blue flag from the EU for excellent beachs. There are some surf schools for children and adults.

How far is the closest gas station? About one kilometer, in Cerqueda, or two kilometer, in Buño.

How far is the closest ATM? There are ATMs in Malpica, about 2,5 kilometers waya, and in Buño. In the area, there is limited access to 4b ATMs.
