Property Policy

On arrival at the campsite, please go to reception.
If you have booked a pitch, you can check in between 9 AM and 8 PM
If you have booked a hut or bungalow, you can check in between 3 PM and 8 PM
For all bookings, check out is before midday (12:00). After that time an extra day will be charged.
Between midnight and 9 AM is silent time. We ask all our clients to keep noise down and no vehicles are allowed to drive inside the campsite. On foot you can access the campsite at any time. If your car is registered at the campsite and arrives after midnight, you can park it next to the entrance.
If you want to use camping facilities after check out, there is an extra fee. Please ask at reception.
If you are travelling with pets, please make sure that you select them during the booking process, otherwise they might not be accepted into the campsite. Within the campsite all animals must be kept on a leash at all times and accompanied by a responsible adult. We reserve us the right to restrict access to breeds considered dangerous according to RD 50/1999. We apply at all times the current Spanish law. Pets can not be left alone or unattended within accommodations. The owner will be responsible for any damage they cause or possible problems with other campers. If these rules are not met, you may be asked to leave the campsite. In this case, the amount deposited will not be refunded.
The campsite reserves the right to ask for the IDs of all the people staying. Children between 0 and 2 years old do not pay and it is not necessary to include them in the booking. People over 12 years old are considered adults. If you have not made the selection according to these criteria, the price of the stay will not match the one indicated on this website. The campsite reserves the right to apply penalties in case of cheating.
The use of the wifi is free in the common areas. The connection in the cabins and bungalows is not ensured.
Smoking is not allowed inside cabins and bungalows.
By renting accommodation at Camping Sisargas you acknowledge and understand that any outdoor recreational activity involving nature has inherent risks and you agree that your participation in any such activity is voluntary and at your own risk and Camping Sisargas will not be liable for any personal injury, death, damage to property or loss.

Payment policy

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required in order to make a booking.
In case you cannot keep your booking, please let us know via email asap. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the campsite.
In case the options selected in the reservation do not match the reality, the price will be adjusted on arrival at the campsite.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking by email up to 30 days or more before the date of entry, we will refund 50% of the paid deposit.
If you cancel your booking by email up to 15 days or more before the date of entry, we will refund 25% of the paid deposit.
If you cancel your booking by email 14 days(or less) before the date of entry, the deposit will not be refunded.
The campsite will not incur any expenses arising from a cancellation.
Refunds will not be offered in case the guest does not show up or shorten the duration of the booking after the date of arrival, no matter the reasons for doing so.
